FAQs
Q: How is your water purified?
A: The Source water first enters an Automatic Granular carbon filter that removes particulate matter down to 20 microns. The water then enters a second filter that is activated carbon. This filter removes chlorine, chloramines, solvents, lead, insecticides, gasses, and other harmful contaminants. This filter also works as a water softener without the use of salt by drawing hardness particles together and crystallizing them. The next step is a 5 micron filter that removes particles, sediment, and algae. The water is then sent to the Reverse Osmosis membrane where it is forced through a semi permeable .0002 micron membrane, allowing only pure water molecules to pass. Prior to final dispensing, the water travels through a 1 cubic foot post Carbon filter and then through a Stainless Steel Ultraviolet Sterilizer.

Q: Do you rinse the bottle before filling?
A: Always. This is done by utilizing Ozone and Purified water that is sprayed into the up-side down bottle.

Q: What is the price of your purified water?
A: The price ranges from 39 cents to 45 cents per gallon for in store purchase and 40 cents per gallon for water through the window vending machine.

Q: Are you regulated by any Agency?
A: Yes, The Texas Department of Health.

Q: How often is your water tested?
A: A total dissolved solids test is performed daily. A more thorough test is done twice a month that includes testing for chlorine, sulfites, iron, hardness, and the pH level. Two samples are also sent to a state certified lab for testing once a month.

Q: Do you rent water coolers?
A: No

Q: What kind of warranty do your water coolers have?
A: All our coolers come with a five year limited warranty.

Q: If I purchase a new bottle does that include the purified water?

Q: Do you deliver?
A: No

Q: Is your purified water Sodium, Fluoride, and  Chlorine free?
A: Yes

Q: I already have my own bottles. Can you fill them?

Q: How do your water cards work?
A: You pre-purchase quantities of water ranging from 50 to 100 gallons. The more water you prepay for the better price you receive. For example: If you purchase a 100 gallon water card for $39.00 your water comes out to $0.39 per gallon where as if you prepay for 50 gallons for $22.00 your water comes out to $0.44 per gallon.
